I didn't take any pictures yesterday. I could have posted a photo similar to these...........
because it happened again yesterday afternoon. I did make the trip to Sew Sweet and picked up the border and binding fabric I needed as well as a new pattern book, some quilt tags, and another yard of fabric for my witches hat.
Corn is out and the combine is still being worked on. The mystery hasn't been solved. This meant that I could take my hubby to lunch! We had Mexican!
I had a little time in the sewing room to cut the borders and I also started cutting for the new block lotto block from the guild meeting. I felt bad for not doing any last month. So, my goal is FIVE this month. In two years of doing this, I have never won, but I have also never turned in five blocks (I have turned in as many as 27, but still didn't win). Maybe FIVE will be my lucky number.
The remainder of the afternoon was covered with piano lessons. I managed to fall asleep in my chair so will have to go back and watch the programs I missed.
This morning the laundry is going and Harry Potter, Mabel, Cici, and Esme have all had baths. Harry is mostly back to normal looking, but the ladies have a long day of grooming themselves ahead.
They may not consent to photos until the grooming is done, but maybe I will find something to take a picture of..........sewing perhaps?
